Core panel

What a Typical Checkup Covers

Panels vary by hospital and tier, but most are built on these tests.

  • Complete blood count

A baseline picture of red cells, white cells and platelets.

  • Liver and kidney function

Blood markers showing how both organs are working.

  • Blood sugar and lipids

Glucose and cholesterol profile for metabolic and heart risk.

  • Urinalysis

A routine urine test alongside the blood work.

  • Chest X-ray

Standard imaging of the heart and lungs.

  • Abdominal ultrasound

Imaging of the abdominal organs, usually from the comprehensive tier up.

Checkup day

What Happens on the Day

The visit starts with fasting blood work in the morning, then imaging and a same-day or next-day consultation where a physician explains the findings in person.

Most panels return preliminary results within 24 to 48 hours. Specialised tests can take longer — turnaround depends on the laboratory.

  • Morning fasting blood work
  • Imaging the same day
  • Results explained by the doctor
  • Transport and interpreter arranged

Package tiers

How the Tiers Are Structured

Three broad levels; the reviewing physician confirms which one fits you.

  • Basic

Essential blood work and a chest X-ray.

  • Comprehensive

Adds an abdominal ultrasound and additional blood markers.

  • Executive

Adds cardiac and imaging tests such as stress testing, tumour markers, bone density or an ECG.

Hospital fee schedules change, so exact costs are not published here. The hospital issues a written quote once your panel and any add-ons are confirmed.

Written Quotes

Quotes come from the hospital itself, so there is a clear paper trail.

No Diagnosis

We do not employ doctors, run laboratories or recommend which tests you need.

Your Doctor Decides

Results, diagnoses and follow-up advice come from the examining physician.
